Double Coconut Iced Coffees

This is a great coffee to try if you’re on a diet and don’t want to use whole milk. This recipe uses coconut milk, coconut oil, organic coffee, and cocoa powder.

Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 2 cups chilled organic coffee
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
- Ice cube tray
- Pour the coconut milk into the ice cube tray and place it in the fridge to freeze the milk overnight.
- Add the coconut oil, organic coffee, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract to a blender and blend the coffee until the mixture turns smooth and foamy.
- Then, add on the coconut milk ice cubes and serve.
- Drink up!
