Ingredients

  • A handful of ice cubes
  • Whipped cream
  • Caramel syrup
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • ½ cup of boiling water
  • ¼ cup of whole milk
  • 3 tablespoons of espresso, ground, dark roast

  • Method

    1. Using a blender, place all the ingredients above (except for the ground espresso and water) then blend well.
    2. Meanwhile using a glass, pour boiling water enough to dissolve the espresso by giving it a good stir.
    3. Pour the blended ingredients into the coffee mug.
    4. Top it with whipped cream and drizzle more caramel syrup.
    5. Serve immediately.
