Ingredients
- A handful of ice cubes
- Whipped cream
- Caramel syrup
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
- ½ cup of boiling water
- ¼ cup of whole milk
- 3 tablespoons of espresso, ground, dark roast
- Using a blender, place all the ingredients above (except for the ground espresso and water) then blend well.
- Meanwhile using a glass, pour boiling water enough to dissolve the espresso by giving it a good stir.
- Pour the blended ingredients into the coffee mug.
- Top it with whipped cream and drizzle more caramel syrup.
- Serve immediately.
