Ingredients
- 1 heaping teaspoon of white sugar
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- 1 cup of milk, chilled
- 2 tablespoons of espresso (or double espresso), dark
- Using a coffee mug, add the espresso powder and boiling water then give it a good stir.
- Using a milk frother with a steamed nozzle, froth and foam up the milk.
- Pour the frothed milk into the coffee mug.
- Add white sugar to taste.
- Sprinkle cocoa powder on top.
- Serve immediately.
