Ingredients

  • 1 heaping teaspoon of white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • 1 cup of milk, chilled
  • 2 tablespoons of espresso (or double espresso), dark

  • Method

    1. Using a coffee mug, add the espresso powder and boiling water then give it a good stir.
    2. Using a milk frother with a steamed nozzle, froth and foam up the milk.
    3. Pour the frothed milk into the coffee mug.
    4. Add white sugar to taste.
    5. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top.
    6. Serve immediately.
