Don’t be tricked into only sourcing Frappuccino from the café. You can make a hearty, delicious, and creamy one at home. Here’s a winning way to do so. And you can splash in extra cream as you like.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups strong coffee, chilled
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 cups ice
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ vanilla bean, split and paste extracted
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Caramel sauce for topping

Method

  1. In a blender, combine coffee, milk, and condensed milk. Blend for 10 to 20 seconds or until well mixed.
  2. Add ice, vanilla extract, and vanilla paste. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour drink into 2 tall glasses two-thirds way up.
  4. Top with whipped cream and swirl caramel sauce on top.
