Espresso Chocotini

Take an on-trend espresso martini and give it a festive white Christmas makeover with the help of some creamy white chocolate.

Ingredients
- White chocolate ganache (if desired, to decorate)
- Ice cubes (as needed)
- 2 ounces white chocolate liqueur
- 1 ounce espresso (chilled)
- 1 ounce vanilla vodka
- Fresh strawberry (to decorate)
- White chocolate shavings (to decorate)
Method
- Place a martini glass in the freezer for 10 minutes. If desired, squeeze a drizzle of white chocolate ganache around the rim of the martini glass and return to the freezer.
- To an ice-filled cocktail shaker, add the white chocolate liqueur, espresso, and vanilla vodka. Shake the mixture for 30-40 seconds and then strain it into the prepared martini glass.
- Decorate with fresh strawberry and white chocolate shavings.
- Serve straight away.
