Ingredients

  • 3½ ounces white chocolate
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3½ tbsp Irish cream liqueur
  • 2 tbsp salted caramel sauce
  • Whipped cream (for topping)

Method

  1. To a small saucepan over low heat, add the white chocolate, vanilla, and whole milk; heat gently while stirring until the chocolate is melted.
  2. Take off the heat and stir in the Irish cream liqueur.
  3. Take a large mug or Mason jar, and swirl salted caramel sauce around the inside.
  4. Pour the white-hot chocolate mixture into the prepared mug and top with whipped cream.
  5. Enjoy straight away.
