Ingredients
- 3½ ounces white chocolate
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3½ tbsp Irish cream liqueur
- 2 tbsp salted caramel sauce
- Whipped cream (for topping)
Method
- To a small saucepan over low heat, add the white chocolate, vanilla, and whole milk; heat gently while stirring until the chocolate is melted.
- Take off the heat and stir in the Irish cream liqueur.
- Take a large mug or Mason jar, and swirl salted caramel sauce around the inside.
- Pour the white-hot chocolate mixture into the prepared mug and top with whipped cream.
- Enjoy straight away.
