Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon chai tea flavoring
- 3½fl oz (100ml) water
- 1 teaspoon loose-leaf black tea
- 3½fl oz (100ml) milk
- 3½fl oz (100ml) coffee
- Add 1 teaspoon chai tea flavoring to a small saucepan filled with 3½fl oz (100ml) water. Add 1 teaspoon loose-leaf black tea and bring the mix to a boil. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add 3½fl oz (100ml) milk and allow it to heat up, but not boil. Meanwhile, brew 3½fl oz (100ml) coffee using a French press, AeroPress, or brewer of your choice. Strain out the tea leaves and spice mixture.
- Mix the milky tea with an equal amount of coffee in the mug, sweeten to taste with sugar, and serve.

Ingredients
- 4 1⁄4 quarts (1 liter) water
- 1 teaspoon ground mace
- a few saffron threads
- 1 1⁄2 oz (40g) medium-ground coffee
- 3⁄4 oz (20g) medium-ground chicory
- Pour 4 1⁄4 quarts (1 liter) water into a saucepan. Add 1 teaspoon ground mace and a few saffron threads, and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Remove from the heat and add 1 1⁄2 oz (40g) medium-ground coffee and 3⁄4 oz (20g) medium-ground chicory. Cover and steep for 5 minutes.
- Strain through a paper filter into a pitcher. Divide between the mugs, and serve.

- 1 tablespoon instant coffee
- 1 ½ cups condensed milk
- ¼ cinnamon
- ¼ ground nutmeg
- ½ cup water
- Put instant coffee, cinnamon and ground nutmeg in a cup.
- Add 1 tablespoon water and stir well until instant coffee turns into a thick paste.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of water
- 1-inch cinnamon piece
- 2 cloves
- 2 green pods of cardamoms
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 tbsp of sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp of instant coffee powder
- Begin by crushing the pods of cardamom using the back of a spoon or even a fork.
- Pour the water into a saucepan. Add the crushed cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon spices to it.
- Let the water boil with all the spices and then bring down the flame, allowing it to simmer. Let the water simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Throw in the sugar and coffee powder to the simmering water and keep it for another minute on the flame.
- Allow the coffee to cool down and then refrigerate it for some time.
- Add the chilled milk, spiced coffee, and ice cubes to a blender and blend well.
- Pour the coffee into your serving glass and dust it with some coffee powder over the top. Serve immediately.
