Ingredients

  • 3 ounces (90 ml) B-52 syrup or coffee-flavored liqueur
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2 ml) vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) sugar
  • 6–8 ounces (170–250 ml) cold espresso or strong coffee
  • A few ice cubes
  • Whipped cream, for garnish

  • Method

    1. Stir the syrup, vanilla, and sugar into the cold coffee.
    2. Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes and the cold coffee mixture.
    3. Top with mounds of whipped cream.

    4. Variation

      1. Coffee ice cubes may be substituted for regular ice cubes.
