Ingredients

  • 4 ice cubes
  • 2 ounces (60 ml) cold espresso or strong coffee
  • 1 ounce (30 ml) white crème de cacao syrup or liqueur
  • 1 ounce (30 ml) coffee syrup or liqueur
  • 1 ounce (30 ml) coffee cream liqueur or half-and-half

  • Method

    1. Place the ice in a brandy snifter.
    2. Pour the espresso over the ice and let it sit for 1 minute.
    3. Very slowly, pour the syrups and liqueur one by one into the glass by dribbling off the back of a spoon.
    4. Gently mix with a stir stick or cocktail straw.
    5. Serve immediately.
