Ingredients
- 4 ice cubes
- 2 ounces (60 ml) cold espresso or strong coffee
- 1 ounce (30 ml) white crème de cacao syrup or liqueur
- 1 ounce (30 ml) coffee syrup or liqueur
- 1 ounce (30 ml) coffee cream liqueur or half-and-half
- Place the ice in a brandy snifter.
- Pour the espresso over the ice and let it sit for 1 minute.
- Very slowly, pour the syrups and liqueur one by one into the glass by dribbling off the back of a spoon.
- Gently mix with a stir stick or cocktail straw.
- Serve immediately.
