Vegan Banana Iced Coffee

This one’s for the vegan and paleo fans out there. However, even if you’re not on a diet, this coffee smoothie is still worth a try. You can replace the cold brew with a strong coffee but be sure to let the coffee rest in the fridge for a while, like overnight, so that it gets closer to the cold brew.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 ½ cup crushed ice

  • Method

    1. In a blender at high speed, add the banana, butter, milk, and crushed ice and blend till everything is mixed, and the mixture is smooth.
    2. Pour in a mason jar and serve cool.
    3. Enjoy!
