Horchata latte is a unique coffee recipe that takes a long time to make but the wait is working the taste. It contains a mesmerizing flavor of rice and cinnamon.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of brewed Folgers Gourmet Natural Caramel
- 1 cup white rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon powder
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 ice cubes
- Blend water, almond milk, rice and cinnamon in a blender. Do not blend too much.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and add 1 cup of brewed coffee. Leave it for 3 hours at room temperature.
- In a pan, simmer honey at low heat until its color become light amber.
- Now, remove from heat and cool at room temperature.
- Pour honey mixture and coffee-rice mixture again in a blender and blend until mixed.
- Strain the mixture through a mesh sieve.
- Put ice cubes and enjoy.
