Cold Brew iced coffee is perfect for a hot summer day. It definitely cools you down and refreshes you. This recipe assures that your coffee wouldn’t be too watery or milk. This method is the way to make the perfect iced coffee. All good things come with a price and so does this cold brew coffee. You need to wait for 12 hours before you enjoy this drink.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of whole coffee beans
- 4 cups of water
- Honey or sugar to taste
- Throw in the cup of coffee beans into a food processor or grinder.
- Pulse the beans with abrupt breaks every 4-5 seconds. Do not pulse continuously.
- Make sure you pulse till the beans are loosely coarse, You do not want fine powder.
- Transfer the coarse powder into a jug or container. Pour in the water and stir the ingredients together.
- Cover the mug or seal the container and leave it overnight. You could let the coffee steep at room temperature or refrigerated.
- You could either sweeten it now itself at this stage or later while serving.
- Throw in the cup of coffee beans into a food processor or grinder.
- To serve, make sure you dilute with water and milk to enjoy and relish the taste.
