Ingredients
- 4 cups of heavy whipping cream, cold
- 4 cups of sweetened condensed milk, cold
- 4 teaspoons, vanilla extract
- ¼ cup, brewed coffee
- Whip the cold heavy whipping cream in a stand mixer or with a hand beater until soft peaks are formed.
- Add the condensed milk to the cream and continue whipping until stiff peaks are formed. Fold in vanilla extract and brewed coffee.
- Scoop mixture into an air-tight container. Freeze for at least 6 hours.
