Ingredients
- Heavy whipped cream
- 1 cup of coffee, brewed
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 1 shot (equivalent to 3 tablespoons) of Irish whiskey
- Using a footed glass, wash it with hot water then pour the piping hot brewed coffee into the mug for about ¾ full.
- Pour the brown sugar and stir until it completely dissolves.
- Blend in the Irish whiskey.
- Top it with the collar of the heavy whipped cream by pouring it carefully using the back of a stainless steel spoon.
- Serve immediately.
